Tabaro Fidele is a results-oriented finance and project management professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking from Mount Kenya University and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Project Management at the same institution.

Fidele began his professional journey through volunteer roles with Caritas Kigali and Bright Future Cornerstone (BFC), where he cultivated strong competencies in mentorship, teamwork, training, communication, and problem-solving. He later transitioned into a managerial position at Acc Express, serving as Staff Manager, where he successfully led operational teams, streamlined business processes, and contributed to the company’s growth trajecto With a solid foundation in financial principles and advanced training in project planning, execution, and monitoring, Fidele combines analytical insight with practical leadership.

He is passionate about leveraging his cross-cutting expertise to deliver impact-driven solutions, contribute to organizational excellence, and foster sustainable community development.
