Mispa is committed to helping Africa rise by empowering women, mentoring youth, resolving disputes, and restoring peace with purpose through thought leadership, safe and green environment. 
Mispa currently serves as the Manager of Ciarb Rwanda Branch, where she leads national training initiatives, stakeholder’s engagements, capacity building, advocacy for alternative dispute resolution across East Africa.
