Hon. Justice Charles Kajimanga is a retired Judge of the Supreme Court of Zambia. He served on the High Court and Supreme Court Bench for a combined period of 20 years. During his tenure in the High Court, he also served as Judge in Charge of the Commercial Court.

Hon Justice Kajimanga has been a trainer/tutor in arbitration courses within and outside Zambia since 2004 and he is accredited as such by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London). He has been an arbitrator for over 20 years and was the first Zambian to be conferred with the status of Chartered Arbitrator by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London). He has wide experience in arbitrating disputes at both domestic and international level.

Hon. Justice Kajimanga has been a speaker at many arbitration conferences within and outside Zambia.

He is a co-author of ‘Handbook on Arbitration in Zambia’ (Cape Town: Juta and Company (Pty) Ltd., 2023) and is also a contributor of a chapter in ‘Arbitration in Africa: A Review of Key Jurisdictions’ (London: Sweet & Maxwell, 2016).
