Cyrus P. Garteh is an emerging development professional with over seven years of progressive experience in procurement, logistics, and operations management. At the Liberia Institute for the Promotion of Academic Excellence (LIPACE), he served as Procurement and Logistics Associate, where he supervised departmental operations, managed budgets exceeding $300,000, and co-developed the LIPACE Logistics Policy. He has coordinated multi-project operations and facility logistics across both rural and urban communities, reflecting his commitment to community development, youth empowerment, and institutional efficiency.
Cyrus holds a Bachelor of Science in General Agriculture from the University of Liberia and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Development Studies at Kigali Independent University in Rwanda. He also holds advanced certifications in Procurement and Logistics Management, Supply Chain Planning, AI-Augmented Professional Development, and Workplace Optimization.
Passionate about leadership, governance, and sustainable development, Cyrus has contributed to a range of community initiatives, including youth mentorship, public health campaigns, and empowerment projects. His core competencies include leadership and organizational management, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor oversight, policy formulation, fleet and facility management, and monitoring and
evaluation. He is committed to promoting inclusive development and good governance across Africa.
