Cheick Abdoul Kader Diarra is a multidisciplinary professional with over eight years of experience designing and implementing public policy, governance reforms, and youth empowerment programs across Africa, particularly in fragile and high-risk contexts Mali, Burkina Faso. A double master’s degree holder in Governance and Development Studies from the Université Libre de Kigali.
Cheick has served in key roles including Program Manager at Audace Libre Afrique Mali (ALAM), Leadership
Trainer at AYINA Think Tank in Rwanda, and Research Associate at the Institute of Liberty and Prosperity. He has contributed to major initiatives such as the Caravane de la Liberté supported by Atlas Network and
coordinated national-level international conferences under the patronage of the Malian Prime Minister.
With published work in regional think tanks and networks, Cheick combines rigorous research with effective policy communication. His bilingual fluency in English and French, along with local languages such as Bambara, allows him to engage effectively with diverse communities and stakeholders. Cheick is also an active contributor to platforms like Ghana Think Tank and has volunteered for over a decade with JCI in Mali and Rwanda, reinforcing his dedication to civic engagement and transformational leadership.
