Mohamed Gomaa has been working as Non-Solicitor at the Administrative Justice Sub-Committee, Law Society of Scotland, since Dec 2024, a former consultant at the OECD, TAD/TPD, headquarter, Paris, France, Also, as a Judge at the Court of Appeal and a board member of the “AI & Clearance Rate Unit”, Egyptian Ministry of Justice. He is an Arbitrator at the AALCO Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Centre Panel of Arbitrators, as well as a board member of the “Asian International Arbitration Centre Young Practitioner’s Group (AIACYPG). He is an expert at the European Legal Tech Association (ELTA). Mr. Gomaa has been working as an Editorial Advisory Board Member of the International Journal for Court Administration (IJCA), Since 01 May 2024.
He worked as a Research Assistant & Lecturer, at Public International Law Department, Institute of Law and Economics, Hamburg University, Germany, a former board member of the CIArb (YMG) “Global Steering Committee” and a former Lawyer.
Currently, he is a Ph.D. candidate at the Faculty of Law, Hamburg University (UHH) and he published different articles in Arabic, French and English. He holds a triple LLM /Master’s degree; in Law & Economics from Hamburg University (Germany), in Business Law from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 (France) and in Law from Ain Shams University (Egypt).
